BAGS/ Resort Airline Check In

I'm lacking the brain power to figure this out myself and turn to you for help!

I'm planning on using the Resort Check In for our departing flight (traveling with 2 kids, 2 strollers and a car seat so we'll need as much help as I can get!). I call the Baggage Airline Guest Services number to pay for each bag right? Do they give me a number/code or something to verify I've paid before leaving them with ME?

Then RACI should give us our boarding passes and we can head straight to Security then the gate?

Anything else I should know about these 2 services (Baggage Airline Guest Services and Resort Airline Check In)?

FWIW, there's only one service, RAC, which is provided by a company called BAGS under contract to Disney.

You seem to have things worked out right. You will get the number to call BAGS to pay any baggage charges via credit card in advance of your departure. I'm not certain, but I assume they provide you with some kind of confirmation number.

Then you need to take your bags to the RAC desk between 5:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on your departure date. You can do this as early as 12 hours before your scheduled flight departure time, but you must have the process completed (not just be in line) no later than three hours before your flight time. The RAC desk should have the information about the baggage fees you previously paid. They will take your bags and issue your boarding passes. After that, all you need to do is get to the airport and head to security.
