Bags on rides?

We are going to be using my daughter's current stroller as a wheelchair for WDW next month so we can keep her in the stroller as long as possible due to her condition.

We will be needing to take a large diaper bag with us to carry her medical supplies and foods as well as a suction machine for her trach which we will have to bring on whatever rides we take her on (the tamest of the tame - Small World, Jungle Cruise, Pooh, etc.).

Two questions:
1. Is it safe to leave the big diaper bag on the stroller when we are on those rides if it is in a handicap area (or wherever the stroller as wheelchairs get left)?
2. Will it be a problem to bring the suction machine on any of the rides? It is in a bag, and it is about 18" x 11" x 10" (rough guess).

Thanks so much!

When we used my DD1's stroller as a wheel chair we had no porblem leaving the diaper bag with the stroller. No one touched it. And I've seen people bring huge backpacks slammed full with stuff onto rides. I don't think you will have a problem wtih your bag.

The type of mild rides you are talking about will all have space where you can place a bag on the floor or possibly even on a seat next to you.

Wheelchairs (and strollers as wheelchairs) can be brought all the way to the boarding area for rides. When the ride is over, it will be close to wherever you get off. In some cases, the ride car will unload in the same Place where you got on. In other cases, the ride unloads at a different place, but wheelchairs will be wherever you get off.

For shows, she will be able to stay right in the stroller ( you may want to park it next to you and hold her or transfer her to a theater seat, but your stroller can be by you.

For those great years when we had the stroller/bag carrier we would leave them parked at the rides and nobody ever messed with them. We would take a small backpack on the rides with us that had the important stuff and never found a ride that it was a problem. You should be fine.
