Does anyone have or has anyone seen the Baggallini Messenger bag in the red color? Is it a true red or is it more towards orange? I want something a little more "fun" than black but something that my husband would be willing to carry as well.

Thanks in advance.

Me, too! I was going to buy an LLBean Healthy Pack (59.99!), but once I read about these Baggalini bags I had to check them out. Sure enough, it was just what I was looking for, and I ordered myself a nice red one last night...at half the price of the LL Bean bag. My husband and I leave in 17 days for WDW, and I can't wait to use it!

You'll have to give a report when you return on how you like it. ;) We leave in 21 days. Although I just realized you probably won't be back until after we leave. Have a great trip!

You must be going on the 22nd...well, have fun, too! Maybe we'll bump into each other with our matching red bags!

Baggallini Messenger bag? What's this? :confused3

The Baggallini Messenger is a bag that seems to come highly recommended by many on this board as an alternative to either the backpack or a fanny/waist pack. I tend to get horrible backaches/headaches from wearing a backpack for too long and from what I have read on these boards this bag seems to be a good alternative. So I am giving it a try...going with the recommendations and hoping to have a great experience in WDW with it!

Here is a link to them:

If it doesn't work just go to ebags.com and do a search for "Baggallini messenger".

I'm looking into one of these bags but I'm skeptical of ordering bags online. I like to "try them on" to see how comfy the strap is and gauge how much I can fit inside.

will my passporter fit in one of these? We usually bring a backpack but we're planning on taking less this time, no vid camera, no lunchbag with snacks, etc. I want to take my passporter, my cameras, extra film, batteries, a small first aid kit and sunscreen. I just don't know if all this will fit in one of these.

also, does this sit on your back or on your hip? is it possible to adjust the strap so it does fit further down on your side/hip (if it doesn't already).

I was wondering this too.

Heres a copy of a post I recently wrote. ( I purchased one at the container store)

Purchased a baggallini messenger bag. I am so disappointed. Today I filled it with some of the stuff I will need and it is just too small. I am a Mom of two young boys 5 & 3-1/2. Dad is taking care of carring in his bag the camera & video (extra batteries & stuff) snacks and a few small items.

Things I need to carry & problems with bag.

change of cloths for ea boy-still potty training (undies, shorts, shirt - put in a ziploc bag)
travel wipes
sunscreen
extra socks (also in ziploc bag)
rain ponchos for me & one child (dad will carry the other)
Passporter, Tickets, maps, etc
my phone is too big for slot & wont zip all the way
too difficult to put a small water bottle in slot.

All these items made it very full & I didn't even put the small stuff in yet. (gum, cc cards, etc)

Is there another bag that someone could recommend??????????????????????
I would like something a little bigger, but not a full size backpack.
