Baggage Transfer between Resorts (Split Stay)

Is this service available in all WDW resorts? If yes, how does it work?

We will staying 5-night GF, 2-night SSR, 4-night Cruise, 4-night Swan. It would be great if Bell Service can help us to:

1). Transfer ALL our baggages from GF to SSR
2). Transfer some baggages from SSR to Swan, store it for a few days until we check-in at Swan.

Would that be possible? Does baggage transfers work similar to Magical Express (i.e. luggage will be delivered to your room)?

Call bell services when when you are planning to leave and they will pick up your luggage and ship it to the other resort. It usually arrives by 3:00. Just call when you are in your room and they will deliver it. They don't deliver it to the room if you are not there, unlike ME.

Now, I don't believe they will transfer to the Swan since it is not a Disney hotel.
