Bag Checks between MK & CR

We're staying at ASSp. We have an extra meal on our QS plan, so we're thinking of doing the following on our last morning:

1. Take the resort bus to MK.
2. Walk to from MK to CR.
3. Eat breakfast @ Contempo Cafe
4. Take monorail to MK.

Will we go through the bus line security when we get off bus at MK, then walk to CR or go through security just before walking to CR?

I know we'll go through security just before boarding the monorail at CR and be able to go directly to turnstiles when we get off at MK.

Just trying to figure out how many times we'll go through security if we decide to go this route. There just aren't good QS breakfast options at MK and we're taking some first timers who would enjoy a monorail ride.

Yes, you’ll go through security before exiting the bus plaza area. The walkway to CR is “past” the security stations.

And I know you didn’t ask this, but when you’re done I’d just walk back to MK via the path vs taking the monorail. You’ll go back through security on the CR path heading to MK. But if you want to ride the monorail, your plan works too (just have to go through stops at TTC, Poly, and GF).

Thanks! I figured this was how it would go, just like to be prepared! We will have family with us who have never been to WDW & I think they would enjoy a monorail ride. We've always found a way to ride the monorail at least once on every trip, and this would fit the bill for us. We'll see how it works out this trip.
