Bag check from WL ferry

Just wondering where the bag check and security check is done when taking the ferry over to MK from Wilderness Lodge? How is the new system working? We'll be at WL from July 1-5.

Just wondering where the bag check and security check is done when taking the ferry over to MK from Wilderness Lodge? How is the new system working? We'll be at WL from July 1-5.

You do bag/security screening when you get off the boat at MK. You don't get very far off the boat before going through, it's pretty much on the dock.

The new security setup (along with the new opening procedure if you're a rope drop person) is really amazing frankly. It's 1000% times better than before and really makes getting into the MK materially easier at all times of the day.

To add: you literally can't miss it. There's no way to get off the dock without going through.

It is so so so easy...there was never a line besides the other people on the boat.
