Badges in signatures

Hi there. I need alittle help with the badges I see in the signatures. I know that when I click on one it brings me to the website to create a badge. I've done that, but I can't figure out how to get it into my signature.

I've tried copying and pasting the html codes but it's not working. Can someone out there please tell me how to get my created badge into my signature?

I'm copying and pasting into the "insert picture" space under "edit signature" in the User CP. Is this incorrect? And thank you for your help.

What you need to copy is the BB Code, not the html. Most sites that create counters will have a way to select the type of code that will be generated.
