Bad situation BB booking

I have gotten myself into a bad situation and it is my fault.

I got quotes from Ken Price and VS. I also emailed Farrell. I decided to go with Ken since I did not hear from Farrell right away. We had our heart set on 7 nights, but Ken could only get us 5. I told him to book. Then I hear from Farrell who is higher priced, but has 7 nights. I didn't sign anything with Ken, so I let him know, but he had already made the ressie. When I told Ken he said he incurred $99 fee that was non transferrable. I did not know that, but have no doubt that is the case. I am not questioning that.

He suggested I get the two nights at the end from Farrell. I am waiting to hear from Farrell about that. If I can't get those 2 nights from him, should I just go with Ken with the 5 since I did give him the go ahead to book? It is my fault. Or should I give him the $99 and book the entire thing with Farrell? I just want to do the right thing that I apparently didn't do.

If Farrell is already higher, why incur the additional $99? Personally, I would keep the 5 nights with Ken and see if you can get 2 nights with Ferrell. Also check out Jeff Hudson. He was able to get us 7 nights at WBC for our upcoming trip in June when VS and VU were totally sold out. I would weigh the costs and do what works for my situation. I dont do anything because I "feel bad". If I have to incur a penalty, so be it.
