I can't tell you how much I hate bad referees. Oh wait. Enough to get ejected from the game.

Anyway, while I was playing a soccer game, we were about to score a goal and the other team tried to make a wall. The wall collapsed on the ball. Someone "fell" onto the ball and didn't let go of it. We were all trying to kick it out of his hands. And there was a big gap so everyone saw what happened. The junior ref was watching the whole thing. He was about to call it, but the senior called him off. He never made the call. Our coaches were fuming. Along with the other team's coaches. Everyone was screaming at him to call it. They never did. We end up tying 0-0.

I have tons of these. And normally, they tend to happen at Ross because the referees there are bribed/biased. It's obvious. They turn a blind eye to the home team. And set a staring eye on us. Share your opinions...

Yes. I play waterpolo. Some of the refs are the blindest people ever. People are standing on the bottom shooting which is like the 1 rule not to do and the refs give them the goals, they let people beat the crud out of eachother. Dont even get me started.

.........whoa...........

i just have to do this...:

yeah it happens a lot in mt P.E lessons at scol the teacher never see's what happen s and the other team blame everthing on us and they get a point

In football there is always a share of bad refs. One game there was a facemask in every play it was called once. We were mad if one of our players had gotten hurt then that would have made the situation even worse. We actually did win that game though.

I am a baseball ump (have been for 3 yrs) and let me tell you, theres a whole world of unwriten rules that players don't hear nor see. Next time you play, pay attention to the eye contact of the officials, when a questionable play happens, watch them all glance at the senior official for a call. The only time you shouldn't see a official glance is when someone is in danger of getting hurt, in this case the facemask. From what you said, i would agree that he probibly was not a good official.

This past Friday we played one of our biggest rivals in football.. scote is tied 14-14, my school goes for the 3 point field goal at like 20 seconds left in the game.. Everybody on my school's side starts cheering, the football team is cheering, the other team is upset.. then the referee decide that it was wide.. we went into sudden death over time and the other team won 22-21 because of a two point conversion :(

At my sister's college the marching band does this little cheer: "I'm blind. I'm def. I want to be a ref!" :thumbsup2 hehe
