I called the post office and checked on the format for horizontal addressed post cards. I gave him the exact location of the To: address and where my information was going to be.
The USPS confirmed this would be fine in regulation. Yet, all my post card are coming back. So even though they have TO: and From: in locations verified by the USPS I am now printing and putting the YOMD address on labels on the bottom right side.
Apparently, the "computer" can only read a certain location for address.
I did call Vista and they have issued a credit for my order. I have fixed the old post cards and hopefully they will arrive. Now, if we can only win!
