Just received word from Cath tonight that the problem is NOT appendicitis as first thought, but a severe kidney infection. She is being kept in hospital for a while longer but at least she will almost certainly not need surgery. That is all the news for now.

I was in my younger days a handy cyclist...stay with me....one day out on a sunday run, I watched a young lad suffer an appendicitis right in front of me 40 miles from home. That i didnt enjoy--My heart goes out to you ....Get well soon.
