I think people taking this a little too seriously. Disney is supposed to be the most magical place on earth. Lately the magic is lacking and this post explains it. Bottom line, would have cost Disney little if anything to have done a little extra and anyone can argue all they want about it not being Disney's fault, but then we can come right back to the alligator situation. Bottom line, they were on property in a company provided transportation. Fault or not, for a company like this its reputation risk which is why the paid out on the alligator incident and many others when they may not technically be at fault.
