Hi, i'm hoping to find an address of where to send a letter of complaint about my recent experience at Cinderella's Royal Nightmare, i mean Table.

Thanks!

Sorry to hear you had a bad time.

I found this address:
Walt Disney World Guest Communications
P.O. Box 10,040
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0040

Don't know what happened to you, but we've done lunch there many times. Our last visit for lunch about three months ago was so disappointing, we won't go back. The place is now run just like another amusement ride -- line 'em up, take a picture, throw 'em in the dining room, rush the food out, run the princesses around the room in a marathon, chase the diners out, repeat.

I totally agree!! I went based on rave reviews and we hated it. We had a table up against the wall in the far corner. The Princesses all came out as we were trying to order and they literally all showed up within 10 minutes and were gone for the remainder of the meal (I know this might have just been bad timing).

The food was so so at best. Quite frankly, you have no idea you are in the castle, no windows that I could see anyways (ok, I do recall stained glass way off in the distance). I just remember feeling so rushed ....... plus even though we had ADR's it took 30 minutes to be seated and then when they call your name, you meet Cinderalla in the lobby before you go upstairs and you don't see her again.

The photo and wands are a nice touch but awfully glad I didn't pay for this one (was on DDP).
