Mary Jo: I followed your suggestion and I spoke to the head manager in charge of the restaurant and he was really polite. He told me that he too would have lost his appetite if that were to happen to him. He also apologized for the poor experience. He said that he hopes that my boyfriend and I will want to dine there again and if we ever decide to go back, to send him an e-mail and he will take care of our bill. I told him that was very kind and thanked him. I also explained that I just wanted them to be aware so that this type of treatment does not happen to other guests. He asked me for the name of the manager I spoke to yesterday and he said he would talk to him about this.


Sorry to hear about the bad experience. No one wants you to be unhappy at the happiest place on earth. It's good that you did a complaint email letter and I'm glad management followed up right away.

Hopefully you and BF will give Cafe Orleans a second chance.
