i love bacon!!!!

I am on a huge bacon craving at the moment. I could eat it all the time.

Ack! Pork bacon is yucky! No pork for me.

I like turkey bacon and veggie bacon though. I like it limp or crispy.

Good old pork belly bacon cooked nice and crisp with a couple of fried eggs over medium. Whites must not be running but yolks can be a bit runny. Big trear for me. Don't eat it often but I do enjoy it.

We eat bacon only occasionally since it's so high fat but when we do, we eat it at dinner time and it becomes our meat course. The hardest part is making sure that DS doesn't eat it all! Oh, and only pork bacon will do.

Neat story about bacon. We were at WDW in Oct, it was our anniversary, so we ate at CR/Outer Rim (? I think? It was the steakhouse downstairs by Chef Mickeys) and we are reading the menu, and there is a blurb in there about how their bacon is straight from Wittenberg WI--Neuske's!!! My IL's live 5 mins. north of Wittenberg, and we go to Neuske's all the time!! They said the chef found that bacon and wanted it on the menu....
We thought it was kinda cool. I guess you had to be there...
