I can only speak for Liberty Inn - there’s no bacon cheeseburger combo, only a cheeseburger combo, and, yes, you can use 1 QS. But bacon is extra.

There’s also an All American burger with bacon, but I’m guessing you don’t want to spend the extra snack credit for dessert.
