So cool. All we get are crows in our yard and the occasional bunny. My parents live in between two rivers (but on a residential street) and they've had deer, beavers, foxes (is that the plural). They're just one princess away from a Disney film lol

I went out to take a picture of a kookaburra on the fence but the stupid bird flew off :sad2:

Plenty of those about.

I'm also on the search for the koala I heard the other night, she's well hidden.
All of those are incredible. They're probably common to you the same as alligators & mosquitoes are common for us, but everybody on the boards are terrified of them at the moment.

That is just too cool! Thanks so much for sharing. :thumbsup2

Do you see kangaroos like I see deer -- ie, you watch them, but you see them so often it's not a huge deal?

We have lots of deer around here. We also have squirrels, raccoons (for the first time in my life I saw 6 of them together crossing the street perpendicular to mine a few weeks ago), and bunnies. I think my county has been trying to control the coyote population here -- they have killed lots of cats in our subdivision. And we have a lone fox that hangs out by our community pool.

PS, please share the koala pic if you get it. ::yes::
