Backyard BBQ weather question...

we're going to wdw the end of January. Does the BBQ sell out?
I would like to make a last minute call based on the weather.
Is that doable?

The BBQ has always been sold out for us when we have tried to book but we usually go in November. If you really want to do it I would make an ADR but again who knows what January will bring, you could end up being able to get it last minute.

We book it in September and it's never full then.
