Backstage Safari and Keys to the Kingdom

Anyone have any detailed info on either of these tours. I am interested in knowing exactly what you see.

Did Backstage Magic and loved that.

Any help would be magical.

Just got back from WDW on 8/21. DH and I did the KTTK tour. I was a little disappointed in this tour. Our tour guide (Jerred) was great, made us laugh a lot, very funny. Food was good that we had for lunch. The onstage part of the tour was much better than the backstage part. I thought we would see much more when we went underground, but really didn't see anything and also learned a lot about their TRASH system, which I really didn't care about. Although I would not do this tour again, I did find out many interesting facts while walking through the park.

Good info on all the tours, and discounts. I have taken most of them, including the 3 mentioned above. I enjoyed all of them, thought they were all great, well worth the time and money.

We did KTTK last October, and really loved it. I knew a lot of the info that they gave us, but I enjoyed seeing everything backstage, even the utilidors, which were a LOT less elaborate than I thought they would be! But, learning that was fun, too, and not a disappointment at all. We got to ride Pirates and Haunted Mansion, and I think lunch is always at Columbia Harbor House.

We're doing Backstage Magic on this trip!

We loved the Keys tour. We learned so much information that we have never noticed in over a dozen trips to WDW. Behind stage is cool, you just never know what is behind all those buildings till you see it.
Our guide Steve was very knowledgeable about the MK and answered our bizillion questions. We felt very special taking the tour with our headsets and special name badges on. We are now hooked on taking tours when we can and will take the Future World tour in October, looking forward to it.

We, my dh and I, just came home from our trip and we took the Keys tour. It was wonderful and our tour guide Heather was the best. After taking the tour we looked at the park with greater appreciation to the detail that was pointed out along the way. Lunch at Columbia Harbor House was yummy and we enjoyed going on Pirates, Jungle Cruise and Haunted Mansion without a wait!!! I would suggest this one to anyone who wants to learn some interesting facts and stories about MK. Next trip we would like to take the Safari.

I did the KTTK tour last December, haven't been back to the MK since. I hope I am not a spoiler and tell DH and DS16 all the "little things" I learned.

I did Backstage Safari last November and loved it. I felt the guide was very knowledgeable and so friendly. What impressed me was that if anyone asked a question he didn't know the answer to, he got on the walkie-talkie right then to ask someone who could give an answer. Perhaps my enjoyment of the tour was heightened a little because AK is my favorite park, but even if it wasn't, I'm sure it would have been an enjoyable tour.

I'm signed up to go on the KTTK tour this November. I understand that the tour is about 3 to 4 hours long! Does it feel like a really long time while your on the tour? ...Or does the time just fly by due to the sites and activities?

The tour seems to fly by!!! We started at 8:30, had lunch around 11:00, and finished up at 1:30-2:00!!!

We had plenty of potty and water breaks and combined walking with sitting and our tour guide Heather found a lot of shade to stand in.

The tour is 5 to 5.5 hours but the time goes by really fast.
