Backstage @ Believe question

Two questions about Backstage at Believe:

1) Is it worth the money?

2) On SW's website for the day we're going, it shows Believe at 1:30 and Backstage at Believe at 12. Does that mean that the meal is at 12, and you get the VIP seating for the 1:30 show? Or what?
