I've read that you all recommend fanny packs for the parks which is good. However, my husband was wondering IF we were to take our backpack in the park if there are places to put them when you go on rides or not. Please advise.

Some rides have specific areas to put "stuff" -- webbed sacks in front of you (in the case of Dinosaur) or a somewhat watertight container in the center (in the case of Kali River Rapids). But a lot of the coasters don't have storage areas, nor are there lockers nearby.

Take the very minimum of what you need -- you'll be glad to not be lugging around a backpack by the end of the day!

You have to carry your backpack onto all rides. They will not let you leave it behind. I carry a packback when I go and have no problem holding it.

I usually carry a backpack to the parks, to put the stuff that we collect in it.

I haven't found a ride yet that I can not bring it on and I have ridden them all except Soarin'.. (I am going next week. :) I will know then if Soarin' is going to be a problem.)

Have a fun trip! :)
