Not sure where this belongs so I thought here might be the best place.

My daughter bought herself a backpack when we were in The World at the end of July. She bought it with the intention of using it for school so did not use it AT ALL before school started. ONE WEEK into the school year and there's a huge hole in the bottom of it! So now she's back to using an old one and out quite a bit of her own spending money she paid for a backpack she cannot use.

Anyone know where/who I can e-mail or call to see if she can either get her money back or a replacement (which she would prefer)?

I totally agree with Robo! We have had great success when calling Disney about quality issues. They sent us(free of charge)replacement items due to quality issues with a t-shirt and a defective toy on a recent trip. Excellent customer service!!!!
 
Thank You both...since I'm at work, I sent off an e-mail. If I don't get a response (but I bet I will) I will call later or tomorrow!
