Where can i LEGALLY get background music from the parks? What about attraction music, id love to have Muppet Vision 3Ds audio track, etc.

Mike Newell’s site streams Disney music. One channel is free and the rest require a subscription to Live365. You can also try eBay for park music.

I subscribed to a podcast called WDW MEMORIES. The guy has not put a show out in a while probably because of the royalties he had to pay but he has live shows. He basically recorded these things while at the event or park. like right now I have the Live Fantasmic Show, Live Illuminations and Live Soarin' on my Ipod. Go to your Itunes store, its a free download because it is a podcast. Its hard for me to get back on today but if I do and you have a problem getting let me know and I will try to help.

Typically, we are discouraged from discussion about other podcasts on this particular area of the message boards (that is, the DISunplugged forum), but since it relates specifically to your question, I think it's ok.

I'd recommend checking out the NETCOT podcast; the typical format is discussion each week about one area or attraction, then several related audio selections-- sometimes actual ride/show audio, sometimes background music, sometimes several of each.

There are some CDs and recordings that you can purchase on ebay, at the parks, or through iTunes. However, the best luck I've had with listening to background music is through live365.com. Put "Walt Disney World" into the search box and you'll get lots of stations with various choices (including DIS Radio).

For most of the BGM, I haven't found a way to purchase it. For some things it IS possible to buy the tracks; for example, if you go to disneymusicloops.com you can see the music from the queue area of "Soarin'", which includes music from movie soundtracks, etc.
