Hey everyone,

While planning out the different music being played throughout the day, we were a little confused with the DP.

We are going to get the fireworks music pipped in during the DP, but does that include background music of Magic Kingdom before the fireworks start? If not, what do you do or play(if you have done this), before/after the fireworks and while the DP is still going on?

Thanks!!

We are probably going to have a Wishes Dessert Party and I know my Wedding Coordiantor said it would cost us to pump the music in but she didn't specifiy whether it would just be the Wishes music or music prior to the actual fireworks, although I would hope it would be for the entire party considering the cost. Next time I speak to her I am going to ask, if I get an answer I will let you know.

As far as I know, it is just the Wishes music. Also, we were pretty much told not to bring our own music for background music prior to Wishes--- our planner said enough would be going on that it wouldn't be needed.

I guess this is true. I think maybe I was over thinking the whole thing and making it more than it needs to be.

I appreciate both comments.

We had a violinist at ours instead of the Wishes music and it was perfect!! She played throughout the entire welcome party but it was soft enough that you could carry on a conversation with no problem.

That sounds spectacular

How much was the violinist if you don't mind me asking?

I don't have my BEO with me, but I think it was about the same as having the wishes music, except it lasted throughout the entire event. I want to say it was $575. Well worth it in my opinion!
