Back to the Mouse 2018

It has been 3 years since we saw the mouse. I just book our room at Pop for October through Under Cover Tourist with the recommendations through this site. As I was contemplating on site of off site the prices were the same when it came time for taxes and resort fees. We have only stayed on site so I also did not want to break tradition. We are staying 5nights in Oct for $800. I hope to have that paid off by end March. My question is if I buy tickets also through them can they all be linked? We have always had the dining plan, but I think we are going to opt out as it is so much food and I feel it is overpriced. We only will do QS and no character meals as my kids are older and I can not throw that kind of money away when we can spend that somewhere else for our trip. We always pack a duffle bag full of food for breakfast and snacks so we have those covered. We only will do 3 days in the parks and take a day for our resort and downtown Disney. Anything else you can think of for us. We would also like to do matching shirts. The kids will not know until Sept.
