Back-pack & DSLR

What do I do with my back-pack and rather large DSLR (in a bag) during rides? Are there lockers at every ride or can I sometimes also take them in.
If you do not mind, this question would also refer to Disney's Hollywood Studios... Thanks!

There are a few rides that you can not bring them on at all and will need to use the locker provided ( free for length of ride).Those rides are: Rip Ride Rocket, Revenge of the Mummy, Men In Black,Harry Potter &the Forbidden Journey, Dragon Challenge, and the Hulk.
All other attractions you will need to carry it on with you.If you don't want to do that, than I would look into renting a locker ( there is a charge).

Hollywood Studios is one of the Disney parks.

Universal Orlando has two parks.
island of adventure and universe studios.
