got back last Monday just getting to post now after a crazy week of going back to work and kids starting school!!
Stayed at the Yacht club for the most part loved it,I did have issues with lack of close places to fill refillable mugs. Also no shelves in the bathroom area and I had some prescription creams thrown out by housekeeping. They were clearly labled and in a clear zip lock bag beside the tub. I had commented to my dh in the morning I wish there was a shelf to put them on as i need to pu them on damp skin, that night no where to be found. I was compensated but had to go on with vacation without prescriptions!
Loved the location of our room had a standard room requested an upper floor near lobby. we were on the 4th floor and right around the corner from the elevator and acrosss the hall from ice machine. Our view was very private a big tree was in front of us as we were almost right in font of the lobby! could see fire works from Magic kingdom from balcony!!
LOved our magic bands never had a problem with them not working! Loved being able to change our fast passes through MDE, were were running late to Animal Kingdom and had a FP between 9-10 on the bus I changed it from 10-11 worked out great!!!! We could also double dip Fp but found that we really did not need to do this as crowds were very managble never waited for anything!
we even made some ADRs while there on site!! something we have not been able to do when there was free dining!
Never had a problem with transportation even the boats were very timely!!
Loved the Yacht club but next time I think we may try Beach club as it is closer to the market place, also the bees by hurricane hannas drink station made it quite scary ( allergic to bees) to get drinks during the day!
