I'm more awake now!!

the first week we were there the parks werent very busy, we thought great it will be less busy the following week as the usa kids go back to school! but it turned out to be even busier and some of the wait times for rides in every park that we went to were for 40 mins+ we just couldnt wait in the heat

we found it was a lot hotter this time mid nineties+ every day and not much rain either!
Soaring was great! and the lights motor action show was good as well. we did all the usual things in all the parks and we also got to kennedy space center, we havent been there since '97 and we really enjoyed it!
If you can make it, take a trip to Silver Springs it is about a one and half hour drive away. It is a lovely day away from the crowds.
we also had a kitchen sink at beaches and cream!!
CRT which was great!
i also got to go to the peabody hotel to see the ducks! i have wanted to see this for years!!
we crammed so much in this trip! and we really enjoyed it, we would definetly go again for 3 weeks, but i dont think i could do another august!I even managed to get my xmas palm tree which i have been trying to get since 2000!!(my tag!)
The only downer we had wasnt wdw related. Our dog scooby developed an abscess-they think, the size of a tennis ball on the side of his neck while he was at the kennels. He has had an operation, but they still dont know whats caused it. He is in a bit of a sorry state, but he is fine in himself and eating ok.
It was awful being 4000 miles away and feeling helpless. So its back to the vets on thurs to have the stitches taken out.
