What a blast ~ my best Disney trip ever thanks to my knowledge from this board, had so many FP's I was giving them out to people cause we didn't want to use 'em!! So fun "dreaming" people ~ speaking of Dreaming we were dreamed Mon. morning just as we stepped off the Matterhorn ~ with the lanyards, very fun. Crowds were very manageable especially if you knew what you were doing.
Brunch Sun. w/ Minnie & Friends ~ lovely, we visited with Hook, Terk, Rafiki, Tigger, Eeyore, a Mary Poppin's Penguin, Fairy Godmother (after her visit DD decided she needed her own Fairy Godmother
) & of course Minnie.
Tues. MM ~ so smooth, had my ride order list and we were ready ~ PP, Dumbo, Alice, Matterhorn, Teacups, Buzz, Star Tours! After picking up a FP for SM we hurried over to PFF ~ visited with Pocahontas, Jasmine & Cinderella ~ speaking of PFF that was by far our longest line/wait ~ got over there by 9:10 got out of there by about 11 am! 2nd longest line ~ Bengal BBQ Mon. afternoon!
Trifecta ~ would've completed it no problem had they not cancelled the fireworks
(there was no wind!) EP was great, as it ended we walked quickly over to DL had an excellent spot to the left of the castle ~ oh well, we rode Big Thunder & Pirates then had an ok spot at Riverbelle Terrace for Fantasmic!
We spent quite a bit of time in CA Adventure ~ saw Aladdin yesterday afternoon ~ such a great production, my kids loved the Toy Story Zoeotrope, DS and my dad tried Screamin' and loved it ~ I'll have to give it a go next trip. Got soaked on GRR!
Not impressed with RFC ~ the atmosphere was fun but the food not so great ~ I'd rather eat at Chili's!
BB was great ~ we did end up ordering meals so no report on desert only. DS got the Jr. Monte Cristo ~ DD and I split the kids prime rib ~ she ate a roll and the carrots and celery (at Minnie & Friends she had 1 child plate with scrambled eggs and 2 sausages) we also got the Cookie Boat
We rode Nemo ~ DS & I Tues. nite, we got in line at about 10 min. to 10 pm and got on at about 10:15 ~ we were in line with 2 ladies from Australia which was neat, we also were in line with a group from Switzerland for one of our Matterhorn rides!
Loved staying at the Dessert Inn ~ such an easy walk!
We had a wonderful time and DS had a great Birthday!
