and we all had the most magical time..... thanks so much for all the wonderful tips and advice. dh was so impressed with me. we had a romantic time along with a fun filled family vacation. the REAS package was so worth every penny of it. we fell in love with the Rainforest and Palos. The kids loved the Mickey slide/pool and the Goofy pool. I could live on CC and never want to go home. LOL. we loved our room and couldnt imagine a more perfect cabin. 8578 was right under the pool and great with the kiddos. I loved sitting out on my verandah. I went ahead and booked our next cruise and we decided on the 7 day western on the Magic.. thanks again from the bottom of my heart.... If you want to take a look at my pics here is the link. They did one awesome job on the professional photographs! :flower:

I would love to see your pics but I get an error message about not being the owner of the album or something...I am glad you had a great time, and you all will love the Magic even more!!!! When did you rebook for?

sorry- I had the wrong link :confused3 I changed it
we rebooked for may 20, 2006 for the western cruise on the Magic..

Ah, we will just be missing you. We are doing the special Costa Maya western with 2 stops at Castaway Cay on the 27th of May, 2006! We have quite a thread already. LOL If you loved CC so much, you may want to think about changing, as that is why we chose that week! 2 stops at CC!!

Wasn't the first night fun?... I hate those heavy seas when they have to go retty fast to get to Nassau.

It was another great cruise.....

yeah stephanie told me about it. its about $2000 more than the quote that I received for the week prior. lol for that amount we can spend a week in the fla keys at our favorite resort, so no two days in CC for us. One day will be fine. I really wanted the eastern but dont think the kids can handle that many days at sea.. so the western it is for us! :sunny:

Great pics!! You are right the prof family picture just radiates happiness!!! And may I say, you have the most beautiful eyes!!

yeah the seas were not so fun the first night- it was a early night in bed for all of us. at least we got to see the show again at AP the next night. the kids really enjoyed it...

Thanks so much for sharing your photos! You and your family look like they had such a great time!! :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

I'm glad to hear you had such a good time. Could you please share with us what you did in the ports with the kids? I'm wondering how to keep them busy w/o going to the beach everyday. TIA

Were you on the 2/6/05 sailing? If so, I was too. :cool1:

No need to answer....I saw the photo of your daughter kissing her brother at shutters while looking for ours.....very cute couldn't forget that one.

We had a great time also. We were in 7510, 16, 18. First night was a little rough for the newbies but overall the sailing was perfect. Couldn't ask for better weather....except cold waters at CC. Ouch! But I snorkeled anyway. :teeth:

well the morning we docked in nassau we hit the pools. than after lunch we walked over to the straw market for dd to do some shopping. it took all of about 45 minutes. we came back and they went to the club for 2 hours.

when we docked in CC we headed straight to the beach at 0830 and stayed until 12:30. we played on the beach for about a hour, than the kids went over to scuttles cove for about a hour while dh and I walked over at the adult beach. we ate lunch and spent some time at the dig site. It went by really fast. we than headed back to the boat hit the pool. dh and ds took a nap while dd and hung out by the pool.

as far as the day out to sea-that was the hardest to find things for the kids to do- they only wanted to be in the club a limited amount of time about 2 hours. we like to get up early and hit the pool. ds was cranky and ended up back in our room for a midmorning- lunch nap. dd and I did the autograph session and more pool and lounging time. the kids stayed in the club while dh and I did the couples massage in the afternoon. Im sure on our next cruise they will enjoy the club more as they both will be 4 and 6. I think the lab had alot to offer. dd and ds really enjoyed when we were in there to visit. I have to say ds could care less for the characters. I was so hoping Buzz Lightyear or Mr Incredible would pop out somewhere for him to meet. Maybe next year! Mine our early risers and go to bed early so alot of the night things were not a option for us.They did have quite a few activities going on throughout the ship but mine really only cared about swimming in the pool so I cant comment on them. we did catch a midafternoon movie and one at night that ds slept through. we were able to keep them up for the last night's performance of disney dreams- they really enjoyed it. there really is alot to do all day and all night- you just have to read your navigator to plan your days... HTH

Cute pictures!!! It looked like you guys had a great time!!!! :flower:
Thanks for sharing with us!!! I can hardly wait till ours!!!! :sunny:

we stayed at the swan the night prior and went to DTD in the am to look for a capt hook costume. I had purchased a eye patch set at the magic kingdom the day before and dh insisted he needed a costume too. dh and ds walked into the Lego store while we waited to go into the world store, they saw this whole pirate get up and had to have it. ds wore that outfit almost every day. I couldnt get it off of him. LOL.
