Back from my first trip to DLRP!

and I have to say we had an absolutely brilliant time!

I must say that I thought were all slightly mad for wanted to go back so many times but I now totally understand why

We stayed in the Sequoia Lodge which I wasn't looking forward to but the room was really clean and we had a lovely room over the lake. We even had an upgrade to the Redwood Bar for breakfast because we were waiting while they sorted out a very slight problem with our booking.

DD who is 4 had a brilliant time and especially liked the meal with the Princesses and the parade. She actually cried when I said it was time to go home (I wished I'd have booked 4 nights now). I would definitely recommend the half-board premium vouchers as I thought they were really good value for money.

I'll write a proper trip report in the next few days but I'm definitely a member of the 'I love DLRP' now!

Also glad to hear that you were happy with the SL. We're staying there for the first time in just under 2 weeks time although I'm beginning to think that perhaps we should have got a room in the main hotel rather than the lodges!

It's ME who usually cries LOL! We've booked 5 days and I know I'm going to flood.......just the thought of going fills me with excitement tears!

I'm glad you had a good time at the SL, I've stayed there and had a lovely time. I didn't use the pool though and this time we downgraded to the Cheyenne, but I'm thinking that now I'm gonna miss out on the air conditioning never mind the pool!!
