Back from Manchester!

Well I've just about recovered from our girlie weekend in Manchester........we had such a good time - haven't laughed so much in ages. Certainly most if it was fuelled by alcohol, but it was fun!!!

We just loved the Christmas markets......drinking Mulled Wine at 10 am certainly warms the cockles!! Then we had some German Liqueors (still before noon!!!) We then went on the Big Wheel - great views, but not a good idea when tipsy!!! Then to the oldest pub in Manchester - a few red wines here before we decided on something to eat. We had a tasty lunch in Nandos - accompanied by 3 jugs of Sangria - I think it was here we did the most laughing - and getting odd looks from other customers!!

Some shopping before going back to the hotel - to get ready for our night on the town. It was just so so funny............things are so different from Scotland in nightclubs........

Oh Karen - yes we do remember - and we had some of those single use cameras with us - but we're not too keen to get the pics developed just yet!!!!!!!!

Yeah we thought Manchester was great - would love to go again - maybe a DIS Girls only meet????
