Well, we had a wonderful time, unfortunately we returned yesterday 
.
But We'll Be Back!
We decided to leave on our trip a day earlier, we checked into Pop for one night and I have to honestly say, I was not to convinced in staying there again.
They gave us a room in the 50's section, 4th floor, view to the pool,, but far from the food court.
The pool must had been open all night because it was 1am and we could still hear kids yelling and making noise.
The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean but the beds definitely didn't do it for us. We knew they were double size beds but they were hard as a rock! Very uncomfortable. Our A/C was not working and they sent someone up right away that fixed the problem. It was only one night, so we just dealt with it.
We checked out early as we had breakfast ressies @ Donald's Breakfastsaurus @ AK...It was great!
Prior we checked into CR,, where the staff was great.
One of the cm's even gave me more information about CR DVC after I kind of mentioned it to him..He was great and practically convinced me to look into it.
Our room was not ready but they valet parked our car, took our luggage and on we were to AK on the bus!
Upon returning from our day @ AK, our room was ready, earlier than expected, 6th floor, beautiful MK view! It was a surprise for my son, so he was estatic.
Yes, the rooms are not very disney like but the flat screen tv was a hit with my son and hubby, especially when he hooked up our ps2 to it!
I didn't really like the bathroom decor, to dark for my taste but the room was large and the beds were SUPER COMFY! Everything was new and you can't beat the convenience to the parks.
Overall we had a great time, the buses/monorail were always on time, except when the monorail broke down one night for about an hour +. We had to walk to our hotel, which according to Disney staff is "7 minutes"...Not!
Especially after walking all day @ the parks, you really don't want to walk to your hotel. Fortunately this rarely happens, so we didn't complain at all.
I would highly recommend CR, the staff is excellent and helpful, the rooms are new and nicely decorated and it's the closest resort to MK with just walking distance to the monorail on the 4th floor.
I do highly recommend Chef Mickey's for lunch, we did it and we didn't have any ressies. The food is great and Goofy was sooo, well sooo Goofy

I will give some more restaurant experience in that section of the boards later today.

I'm always glad to hear from people who love the CR! We check in on Sept. 27th for our first stay! We can't wait!!! 18 days and counting...
