It sounds like this is a great time to visit. I have been trolling the MDE app for wait times and even with this weekend being 4th of july i would say any time i looked the waits it was reasonable for even the bigger rides (7DMT 40 minutes).

I have been considering this time of year to help keep the kids from missing school. How would you say weather was. I know you mentioned that there wasn't much rain, but how about the heat? We are in new england so are used to some hot humid weather.

JB Magic was very enjoyable. We went in with low expectations and we really liked it! The dancing was fantastic and the singers were definitely the highlight!

Can you tell me more about this. I'm not sure what you are talking about.

It got hotter throughout the week. We started around high 80s ended high 90's. However the heat index felt much worse. However there's a lot of cool places to go in between things. I will say on our 2nd to last day, I bought a shirt and after an hour in the heat, the plastic started to melt lol. I grabbed a new bag and moved on with my day. It can def get to you but we kept taking breaks, watching shows, or going back to the resort when it was really hot. Hope that helps!

What is JB Magic??

It is the new nighttime show at animal kingdom. It was supposed to be river of lights but due to all the problems they created a filler in a small amount of time. It focuses on the story the Jungle book, and it includes India influences in dance and music. A lot of people did not like it, however we thought it was quite enjoyable and took it for what it was, a filler show. I still recommend seeing it because I thought the dancers and singers were quite talented! I hope they are incorporated them into river of lights some time down the road.

Happy to hear you enjoyed your trip! Our next trip is Aug 2017 and I'm planning it right now. Friends ask me why are you planning so early...they don't get it. Planning for WDW is a must.

Yeah they were very sweet about it. Make sure you ask for section B row one when you get to the theatre. Your front and center!!
