We are back from a wonderful if occasionally mysterious cruise on the Magic. We flew down on Friday the 10th, stopped at Olivia's for lunch with friends.
One of them asked if we had been to SSR yet and we said no so off we went.
As we passed the preview center I spotted someone who I thought was our guide. My friends and my Mom said no it can't be. I called out her name and she turned around and it was our guide Susie. She invited us in for ice cream and introduced us to some people she had just finished talking to.
The cruise was great and we loved the DVC update!
Doc, Ken says Hi!
I became infamous as that DVC lady who 'knows all the answers'. [No I insisted that I don't but I did give credit to this board for much of my info. And when folks asked for info I gave them all this site as a most necessary site for more getting honest answers.] When Ken and Dave were pulling raffle tickets and asking questions I did help others with the answers.
We also attended one of the DVC presentations (I was sick for the last one) and answered questions. Prospective memebrs like to hear info from those of us who have been around for awhile.
They mentioned the member add on at SSR bonus and my letter was here when I got home. Sounds interesting! There are also a rebooking perks for rebooking onboard with points! It is good through next October (2005). It includes a discount on points as well as a stateroom credit. Too bad we can't go before Jan, 2006
