We had a GREAT time staying in the cabins..... My family is definitely SOLD.....
We originally was arriving the 16th and leaving the 23rd but I managed to get DH to do some scheduling changes and we checked in on the 15th which was a GOOD thing as FAY rained out the 2nd half of the trip. This trip was very last minute and only booked on the 12th so considering this - it was near perfect.
We arrived on the 15th around Noon and was pleased to have our Cabin ready. So after some unpacking we started to scope out the resort. We lucked out and was able to get a golf cart for the week and that very cool according to the kids.
We found our Cabin to be very clean and in great condition. The only negative is the small bed in the bedroom as I love my Kings and can tolerate Queens - but yikes on the double... Kids loved the bunks and we loved the extra space come bedtime.
We never made it to the campfire - but will on a future trip.
Trail's End was dinner 2 of the nights and it's definitely affordable basic dining that was convenient and well a good reason to use the golf cart so kids approved. The boat to MK was very convenient and never waited long.
Dining Reservations were very flexible and available in moments notice for most places. We also found our first restaurant at Disney that we will never return and that would be Captain's Grille as all of the meals were terrible.
The only disappointment was from mouse keeping as we didn't receive a single towel animal for the kids or anything magical post cleaning - which would have been ok had the eldest not noticed in almost every other cabin having 1-2 animals in their front windows.. Maybe we left too many dishes in the sink??? lol
Otherwise - this place was great and we will be back.
Thanks to everyone that answered all my
