I am the Matron of Honor for one of my best friends who is getting married next October. She has asked to have her bachelorette party at WDW. So I'm putting up the points for a studio for four nights, and the bride, myself, and one or two of the other bridesmaids will be going down. I'm trying to figure out where the best place to stay would be. We aren't exactly your wild and crazy types, but we do enjoy living it up at the parks during the day and going out for a few drinks at night. So let me know of the options what you think the best option would be for a few early 30's ladies. Also, if you choose other let me know why!

I picked BWV, it does have ESPN club and the piano bar.....you will be steps away from home. I would also consider SSR depending on what type of bars you like to go to. If you want more music options, etc then SSR and DTD is a great choice, if you just want a cocktail, BWV.

BWV for the dueling pianos bar , and if you like karoake try Kimonos at the Swan resort and sushi bar:goodvibes
walking to 2 parks

Great resort, close to the monorail, and within walking distance to Epcot (evening drinks) or, my favorite, Jellyrolls!!!

BWV for the above reasons. We've done several ladies only trips to WDW, and this is still the favorite.

I would probably say BW from the choices you have given. If you are staying dvc then I would suggest another option. OKW. You are just a short boatride away from DTD and the gurgling suitcase has the best bartenders at WDW. You would also get 2 queens beds instead of 1 nd a sleeper sofa.

Beach Club villas, for the location and the pool. Everything that is great, in my opinion, at the Boardwalk is available to BCV guests. But only guests at BCV can access the great pool there.

OKW for the two real queen sized beds. Plus not that far from DTD if you want to dine or shop in the evening.

All the others will have one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa.

My nephew had a great time hanging out with a bachelorette group while at SSR! :rotfl: I think with DTD, the Spa and all the pools it would be a very nice place to go.

I voted other because I think Fort Wilderness would be perfect. They have Chip and Dales campfire in the evenings. And I am always hearing how you women love your chip n dale dancers.:rotfl2:

That's hilarious :rotfl:

P.S. I would go for BWV -as so many others have voted as well. Great location with Jellyrolls and the Swan/Dolphin lounges, and walking distance to Epcot.

I'd pick BCV because of SAB and the closeness to Jellyrolls and the other bars along the Boardwalk.

I voted for Beach Club because you have the benefit of being able to swim at SAB, a grab-and-go food option (though limited- better than no choice at Boardwalk), and it's still an easy walk to all the action on the Boardwalk.

In general, I think the outing you're planning is better suited for an Epcot resort.

Beach Club
Great resort, close to the monorail, and within walking distance to Epcot (evening drinks) or, my favorite, Jellyrolls!!!

There's no way I'd ever call Beach Club "close" to the monorail. ;)

Depending on how loud and wild you plan to get, maybe you would fit in best at All Star Sports! All those noisy international soccer team kids won't even notice your party!

I'd also go OKW for the bigger rooms. And someone mentioned the bartenders at the Gurgling Suitcase - they are great!:goodvibes

OKW or SSR if you want the advantage of DTD, BWV if Epcot/ HS are where you want to be BLT for the later nights at MK and TOWL fireworks. Ask the bride (if it is not a surprise where/what she wants!)

BWV
Easy walk to a large assortment of bars and thus an easy stumble back to your room. BWV offers the best options for bars and evening entertainment as an easy walk.

The alternative would be SSR if you could get close to the path/bridge to DTD, but I think I'd still go for BWV with its Atlantic Dance Hall, Jelly Rolls, ESPN Zone, Big River whatever it's called, Kousinna or whatever it's called...

1st i've heard of bachelor/ette party @ WDW;)i'd be more inclined to visit vegas

i'd suggest BWV, followed by SSR, enjoy!

BWV for all the activities that go on there in the evenings, dueling pianos and the proximity to 2 parks. And also b/c the WS is a great place to find some yummy beverages! But BCV will also give you the same advantages of being close to 2 parks and all that the BW has to offer.
