I'm a Tenley fan all the way. She is from my hometown (Newberg) and I can't wait to see their hometown date. And she really is as sweet as she seems on tv...she use to work at the local coffee shop and was always happy and smiling...nothing fake about her at all!!!!

She does seem genuine! Way too much like Jake but the real deal!

Not sure what the Diaries of the Departed is...is that on the ABC site? But she certainly sounded/looked trashed in the limo on the way out on last night's episode!

It's on the website and it was the limo scene, although it was probably a lot longer than the one on TV. She went on and on and on. I didn't see it the night before, my DVR cut it off. She definitely sounded drunk.

I know I came in kinda late to this thread. I've been watching, but I didn't have strong opinions until the other night. For one thing, I can't believe he kept Vienna, but let Corrie go. When he said that he and Corrie had similar values, then when Vienna tried to hop into bed with him, I thought for sure that Vienna would be out the next rose ceremony. I used to like Ali best, but now I'm not so sure. I'm still trying to figure Tenley out.

I thought he and Corrie would match up well too but then he sent her home. Doesn't make too much sense to me either since he acted all gentlemanly when Vienna shimmied into his bed! I just can't figure this bachelor out at all this season.

I used to like Ali until she became frenemies with Vienna. She's been coming across very driven and determined to *make* Jake understand Vienna isn't for him. She's beautiful but it seemed like their date was forced and she was trying to act like they had this deep, meaningful relationship when she's probably spent what, like 2 days with him? I don't know but she's annoying the heck out of me.

Tenley (who names their kid 'Tenley'?) is very sweet. She is a little giggly but I wonder if she's just nervous. I think Jake realllly likes her and Gia but who the heck knows for sure. The producers are showing us what they want us to see and I'm sure there's tons more going on than what we're seeing.

Definitely. They know the outcome, so they pick and choose what would be the most interesting (?) scenes based on the ending.

Re: Corrie. Two people can have the same values, but no chemistry. And Vienna going to his room and them snuggling isn't all that outrageous; I'm guessing Jake, with his wonderful values, isn't a virgin.

I'm wondering if there's no rose ceremony next week because Jake is supposedly so torn about who to send home, that he wants more time with all of them. And aren't the overnight dates next?

I agree, that the chemistry wasn't as advanced as with the other 4 girls. Corrie apparently took too long to show Jake how much in love she was with him. I'm always amazed at how these girls claim to be falling in love with a guy they just met.

As far as the rose ceremony next week, I think Ali comes to him (wasn't it a blonde who was at the door?) and says she's leaving therefore no need for a rose ceremony. She seems like the kind of girl who isn't keen on dating the same guy as 3 other girls. Not that I blame her! What sane woman would?

Well then that's an issue, how can Jake get to know her if she can't handle being around him? If I were him I would find it completely annoying.
