Has anyone used one of the in-room babysitting services (Fairy Godmothers, Kids Nite Out, etc.) for a group of kids? We have 3 families going together and have 7 kids between us all ranging in age from 3-14. We thought it would be fun for the grown-ups to go out one night but we don't feel comfortable leaving the 2 14 year olds with 5 other kids (especially a 3 year old) in a hotel even though they are old enough to babysit.
The kids clubs at the resorts only go from 4-12 so that would leave out the youngest one and the oldest 2!
We are considering calling one of the babysitting services to have someone come stay with them. Will they babysit a group like that or would we have to have a separate babysitter for each family and will they watch 14 year olds or are they too old?
I will call and ask all these questions myself, but I thought I'd start with all you "resident experts"
and see if anyone has ever had a situation like this.
