BabyCakes preorder?

So I read that you can now order BabyCakes when you make a dining reservation. Does this mean that you can order items from their menu and have them present at various WDW restaurants. Sort of like pre ordering specialty cakes?

They announced it on Twitter and Facebook, however, no Disney Dining CMs seem to know anything about it.

I've asked twice on their Facebook page, but they haven't answered with more details. So I guess we're just waiting to see.
