Can anybody tell me what a baby swap is ? and how it works.

We used baby swap last time at Universal. You just need to tell the attendant when you get to the front of the line that you want to "baby swap". One person rides the ride and the other waits in a special room designated for "swappers".
Then you just swap and the other person gets to ride the ride. No, the second person does not have to wait on line again they get to go ahead.
