Baby swap???

Leaving for Disney in the morning with a 4 month old (we must be crazy!) - anyone know how the baby swap works????

If your baby gets cranky or has a dirty diaper, you go find another family willing to swap and get a new baby.

The real way is to go to a ride, tell the CM you're doing baby swap and follow the CM's direction. They'll tell you where you need to wait and meet up with your other party. They'll also issue you a baby swap pass (looks like a fast pass). Part of your group goes on the ride, the other half waits. Then when the 1st group is done then the 2nd half goes in.

For example: Cast of Mom, Dad, kid1, kid2. Kid2 is infant. Everyone goes to the line. Mom stays behind with Kid2. Dad and kid1 goes on ride. Ride over, dad and kid1 come out. Mom goes on ride. Kid1 can go on again with mom, while dad waits with kid2.

Very easy. But I'd rather swap my dirty diapered baby for a fresh new one.

We did baby swap on our last trip - mostly we went back via the fast pass line, the only area (that I remember) with an "on the line" waiting area was Kali Rapids. Most of the time I just waited outside the entrance - sometimes there was a little playarea (like by Splash mountain & BTRR. My DS9 loved it and DD3 didn't notice! It worked great - My son loved going twice and my DH & I loved that no one got left out. Except DD but she didn't even realize! Our next trip might be a different story....
