Now at the parks they have baby swap. Am I correct? OK, let's get to the point, whenever we go to Disney, we always love to do the thrill rides. When we go in January (w/ new baby) should we use baby swap for our FAVORITE thrill rides? (Such as Tower of Terror, Rock N' Roller Coaster,) OK you get the point. ;) Another question that I had was " Is Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountian Railroad, and other rides that go outdoors open when we're going to be there?

yes certainly do the baby swap! no clue why anyone wouldnt do it, unless they didnt know of it. Yes the outdoor rides will all be open. However, if it's toooo cold then they shut down Splash Mountain. Our last trip over NYE it was closed and we didnt get to ride it. I would guess it was from the chilly weather. Be sure to bring a winter coat, we NEEDED it the last 2x over NYE week. We were actually still very cold and left MK in the wee hours of the night earlier than we wanted though, b/c we were so cold.
