At WDW we use baby swap all the time. I saves us alot of time and we are able to do WDW comfortably even with a toddler. I'm wondering if they have it at DL as well. (would think they do but just want to make sure)

(this is how we do it at WDW. My DH gets in line and while he is in line, I ask the CM for a baby swap ticket (they also make sure to see the baby so they can get "proof" :)) and when my DH is done, I hand the CM the baby swap ticket and go through the fastpass line)

I believe it is the same as WDW. But I think that they might hand you a single rider one on some of the thrill type rides I am not sure.

They usually hand you a baby switch pass and on some rides I would ask for it if they try to give me a single rider pass. Single rider lines can take longer than fast pass lines depending on who is in front of you especially on Soarin. Also if each baby swap pass is good for two people so they shouldn't give out single rider passes. On rides without Fast pass you usually enter through the wheelchair entrance, or the exit depending.

However we have gotten a baby switch pass and a single rider pass. We get the baby switch pass, then the other person goes up and gets a single rider pass, and goes through the single rider line (usually faster than waiting in the regular line, but at times like on Soarin it can be longer so you have to be careful) and then when the person comes off the other one uses the baby switch pass.

We've never gotten the single rider pass 'cause the baby swap pass allows at least 2 others from your party to ride with you. (which my older 2boys love 'cause they can go on with Dad and then Mom) Besides, it wouldn't be any fun for me to ride w/o them so if that's going to be the case then I'll just pass on the rides.

Thanks for the input! :)

We used the rider switch (baby swap) this past March but it only allows for 2 people to use one rider switch pass (not you plus 2 others from your party for a total of 3 people). So basically, one person from your party could ride again with whoever stayed with the baby.

So then it is a bit different that WDW. Oh well, I guess the boys will have to take turns. :)

We are here right now and use the baby swap in conjuction with fastpass. We will go get fastpasses for the rides we want. Then when the fastpass time comes up, my wife gets a baby swap and I take one of my daughters through the fastpass line. As soon as I am done with the ride, my wife and other daughter get to go right on. With 4 different park tickets, we can get fastpasses for two different rides, (example...I get two fastpasses for space mountain using my park ticket and one of my daughters park tickets, and my wife gets two fastpasses for buzz lightyear astroblasters with her park ticket and our other daughters park ticket) and using that with baby swaps gets us on rides very fast with very little wait time for any of us.

We have never recieved a single rider pass, it's always a 2 rider pass.
