Last time we were at WDW, my youngest was turning 3. We're going back for his 5th birthday. Will we still be allowed to do the baby swap for rides that he doesn't want to go on but is technically tall enough for? Or is it only for families with children too small to ride?

Thanks!

Yes, you will still be able to do it.
This past December my son did not want to go on Mission Space, he is tall enough for it but he just didn't want to go on it.
I told the CM that he didn't want to ride it & we want to do that child swap.
He said "No problem"
That was the only ride we child swap for, all other rides he went on with us

You shouldn't have any problem at all... Last August, we went with our son (5yo), and we did it on many rides. We just called it "child" swap instead of "baby" swap! The CMs never questioned why... they just gave us the pass (like a Fastpass) to use when the other one of us got off the ride. It worked out great!

We baby swapped with my 9 year old son two years ago on Space Mountain. Of course we called it kid swap!
