baby swap at wdw?

Hi at DLRP me and my sister used the baby swap so we could ride rock n roller coaster, space mountain etc, one of use queued while the other waited at the ride exit and got to ride when the other person came of the ride and handed them a pass.

I assume that there is something simillar at wdw, does it work the same way?
