I'm watching a friends 11 month old and although very cute I find some odd things about her that I don't remember about my kids.
She doesn't put anything in her mouth besides her fingers, she loves cheerios and will let you feed her them. She will even pick them up but then just throws them, they don't even go near her mouth.
She also hates stuffed animals. She doesn't like them near her and won't touch them.
I've never seen a baby her age that is like this. She is pretty normal otherwise, pulling up and moving along furniture and such. She babbles a lot and its otherwise very adorable. She is small but stocky.
Also, is it normal for them to have no milk for periods of 4 plus hrs? Parents never bring milk and I am only supposed to give her water in her cup.

) By 12 months mine were all going 4+ hours without a milk drink because they were eating quite well with solids too. Only my middle 2 were ones for putting stuff in mouths- my oldest and youngest have never done the "ohhhh look- yum!" thing but they were aware what was food and would feed independantly from v.small too.
I know my son is at that stage where he's learning what happens when he throws or drops things. She could be at that same stage...just seeing what happens and what your reaction is when she throws the cheerios. I wouldn't worry too much about it. She sounds pretty normal to me.
