Rayshade - The sun was blasting everyday but we never had to worry about our DD getting too much sun exposure or too warm. It also worked well when it was time for a nap, whether we were inside a restaurant or outside in the parks, we'd just pull the shade down and off to dreamland she would go. We LOVED IT!!!!
Sippy tether - We actually ended up using it as a toy tether. We would put toys on it and attach it to the stroller and highchairs. We never had to worry about DD tossing her toys onto the floor or ground.
Stroller bag - We put diapers, wipes & disposable changing pads in this so when it was time for a change, we could just grab those few items and not have to rumage through a big backpack to find what we needed. We also kept DD's sippy cup, a light blanket, her hat, and a small baggy of Cheerios in it. It made it easy to keep track of and get ahold of the necessities.

Ziploc bags - We used these for holding snacks & meal bags (spoons, bibs, jars of baby food, extra sippy) and for packing all of DD's clothes in the suitcase. I labeled each one with the type of clothing (short-sleeve onesies, long pants, etc) so it was easy for any of us to find the clothing item we needed at that moment. We also brought an empty one with us everyday to put dirty clothes in while at the parks.
Take 'n Toss sippies and spoons - A few times we just tossed the spoons into the garbage, most often we rinsed them and took them back to the room for a good cleaning and reused them.
Small soft-sided lunch bag - We packed a small ice pack too and used it to hold bottles of water for the baby. It kept the water cool on those hot days
Disposable bibs - If the bibs stayed clean, we reused them for the next feeding, if not, we just threw them away.
Disposable changing pads - We weren't always close to the baby care center so we had to use the public restrooms for some changes. The disposable pads were nice to have on hand for those times.
White noise machine - DD sleeps with a white noise machine running at home so we packed the small one that came with her pack 'n play and we're so glad we did. We placed it next to her crib and it really helped comfort and soothe her.
That's all that I can think of for now - if I think of anything else, I'll add it to the list.
