It's fun reading all these opinions. I think it is all how you look at it. Will the baby tie you down, slow you up, be a bother etc??? Or will you just take life as it comes and do what you want to do with an added little person enjoying it with you?
I guess that is like my friends who don't want to "do Disney" until their kids are the "right" age. Well, I think my kids have enjoyed it at all ages. At 18 months they enjoyed the lights and characters, simple rides and ice cream. By 2 the characters and rides are more fun and at 3, fun still!! 4 is magical when they believe the characters are so real and at 5 they love the faster rides but still the magic of Goofy and Cinderella dancing with them. And so it goes as they grow.....
My 14 month old is starting to recognize Mickey (mee mee) ---probably because we have traveled to FL 3 times in his first year! OK---we are possibly a little nuts. We are the ones with the 3 strollers since my 5 year old still doesn't want to walk the whole way and our boy with special needs will escape to "help" any CM in any job if he is not hooked in his big handicapped stroller and half the time the 1 year old is in his stroller if he is not being carried on my hip in the sling. Yes, it can be stressful at times but well worth the time, effort, and money for those memories!!!!
