DD has been slow labour all night at hospital, I am going back again there now as baby is due to be born this afternoon,

she is 15 days overdue

Thinking of you both, Netty. I know I'm going to be nervous when dd goes in. They've told her that they'll induce her once she's 12 days overdue, but I've told her not to go in if she doesn't want to. It seems too early to me - I'm for letting nature take its course unless there are complications.

Thankyou everyone, she is still in labour, now at 6cm, she has had such a very rough time, its heartbreaking to see her like that.. she has been given an epidural and now has had a hormone drip to try and speed it up. poor thing is shattered,and has had enough!

Deb, I totally agree, on letting baby come when he's ready- I hope your Georgia goes into labour soon by herself, good luck , I didn't think my emotions would get such a battering as they have done for the past 20 hours!
